About Me
People are often surprised when I tell them how much I enjoy working with the inner lives of my clients. I see each individual who enters my office as a unique being who is on a journey of self-discovery. I am excited to walk beside them as they learn the tools they need to thrive in life or find layers of themselves that were previously hidden.
Life is full of suffering and joy, pain and pleasure, isolation and connection. If you are reading this you may be looking for relief, for a path out of your pain. You may also be looking for ways to optimize your experience of life, to build more fulfilling relationships, or to connect more deeply with a friend or a lover.
I get fulfillment from helping you find what you are looking for. My life’s journey has been an exploration of meaning and psychological wellness. I am a father, a partner, a lover of nature, earth and fire. My twenty years of practice as a clinical counsellor has been an education in the human experience. I integrate the spectrum of my personal, clinical and educational experiences to create a therapeutic experience tailored specifically for you.

Issues I Work With
Positive Sexuality and Sex Therapy
My approach to working with issues of sexuality is rooted in a foundation of positive sexuality.
Relationship Counselling
Navigating an intimate relationship is a journey with highs and lows, connection and division, pain and pleasure.
Anxiety, Phobias, Obsessive Compulsivity.
Counselling for anxiety covers a wide range of issues and symptoms. In general, we can describe the experience of anxiety as a kind of fear and that is marked by feelings of worry, unease, and dread.
Personal Growth and the Quest for Meaning
Once we fulfill our basic needs of physiological survival, safety, and love, we are motivated to fulfill our optimal potential, transcend our egos, and find deeper meaning in life.
Transitions
Transitions in life can be difficult, but they are great opportunities for growth.
Depression
Depression is a fairly common experience. Statistics show that one in four people will experience depression at some time in their lives.
Anger Management
Anger that is out of control can be damaging to you and to your relationships. Fortunately, it is also one of the most easily treatable emotional conditions.
