Ben Kotler, MA, RCC

Registered Clinical Counsellor

Counsellor, Guide, Wilderness Therapist

Suffering is a universal experience. Everyone has emotional pain and struggle at some time in their life. If you are reading this you may be looking for relief, for a path out of your pain. Maybe you are looking for help for someone you care about.

I understand what it is like to suffer, to feel stuck, and to have no clear vision for how to get out of it. I also know what it feels like to be guided through the maze of one's own bewilderment, to find new ways of experiencing oneself, to find relief from stress and depression and everything that goes with those states of mind.

...I know that change is possible.

I have spent my career working as a counsellor with individuals and couples who go through dramatic changes, develop new patters of functioning, and gain a new perspective on themselves. As a result of their therapy they have been able to experience joy, peace, and a sense of well-being.

Please browse my web site to get more information about how I work. If you are interested in working with me in Cowichan Valley, feel free to contact me by phone, email or text. I offer a free 20 minute introductory phone call or email exchange for you to ask me any questions to see if I am the right fit for you.

Thank you so much for helping [my daughter]. She seems so much lighter after sessions with you…
I know you are a great counsellor.
